The room is clean with beautiful scenery of the Catheral and Albaham. It is convenient to shopping area and restaurants.

The air conditioning should be improved and the hotel staff didnt speak much English

No parking for my car. Difficult to walk all the way with heavy luggage.

The room was very good and spacious. very conveniently located with many eating places, and the main shopping centre, and the cathedral very close. But perhaps their best thing was the buffet breakfast they provide. All of us loved it.

The single room I stayed was quite small. With a single bed, there is little space left.

The location was perfect so close to everything and in a beautiful square. Roof top patio has a spectacular view

You have to go up like 10 stairs to get to the lift and with heavy bags its not fun

The location of the hotel is perfect, which is so close to the Alhambra, shopping areas and bus stops by walking. The staff of the hotel is excellent also.They are all so kind and helpful. The room is comfortable and clean to stay. We loved the place!

The staff is superb,helfpful and very friendly. We were at the heart of Granada and it was close to everywhere in he town.

Great location on the plaza near the Cathedral and shopping. Also enjoyed access to the 4th floor balcony - that was a highlight.

We didn't think the staff was very friendly at all.

The staff were lovely & the location was perfect. The maid cleaned the room & even made the bed look nice for our 3 year old by arranging her toys. We couldn't fault it. Guest reviews are a little inaccurate as some complained about noise and access but it wasn't noisy with windows shut and access is what you'd expect for a Spanish city

very nice location in the city of granada. comfortable and spacious room. easy to reach hotel from bus station . good value

one of the hotel receptionist's wasn't overly friendly. not rude exactly, just indifferent. breakfast not good at all. not worth it to pay for it. much better to eat somewhere outside of the hotel.
